Spread Love

Hello Beautiful Soul –  

I know things have been stressful and uncertain these last few weeks or longer.  I know we've been in panic, fear and everywhere you look the news and feeds are bombarded with talk of this virus.  I've been sitting here thinking, how can I help shift these emotions and feelings of others.  How can many of us practicing social distancing or forced to stay at home help spread love and stay connected?  

We need to find a way to stick together in this time of global crisis.  We need to stay positive and have faith.  We need to help each other and raise the vibration in the Universe.  I will be hosting a Spread Love Meditation tonight on my FB Page: The Crystal Medium (Monday, 3/16 @ 7pm EST).  The details are below and would love for you to join me.  

Here are some tools you can use at home to help elevate your vibration and keep your heart open:
1. Meditation: Incorporate more than ever a meditation practice that will help reduce stress and connect you with source.  
2. Breath-work: The surest way to stay grounded and ease any anxiety is to connect with your breath.  Box breath, 2:1 exhale ratio breath and 3-part breath are my favorites to help relax the mind and bring you to a present space.
4. Connect with Mother Earth:  Go for a hike, sit in the woods, stroll around your neighborhood all with awareness of the sights and sounds around you.  Connecting with nature is the perfect way to stay grounded.  
 3. Laugh often:  What funny movies, play board games with your family or tell funny stories.  Find activities which bring joy and connect you with your heart space.
